   This was an appearence at the UK Status Quo Fan Club gig, singing bvs for Quo's cover
  of "Fun, Fun, Fun". The Quo funded the visit.

   No Brian (it was an early morning show) and it was widely remarked how unwell Carl
  looked.

   Although all were present when filmed, by the time this was aired Alan had flown home as
  one of his sons had been involved in an accident.

   A songwriters symposium: Van Dyke Parks was also present.

   The band previewed four songs from the upcoming album: "Little Deuce Coupe","Help
  Me, Rhonda", "Be True To Your School" & "Long Tall Texan".

   Not only Tammy Wynette's last ever recording session, but also the last time (to date) that
  Brian and the rest of the band were in the studio together. A remixed version of this song -
  featuring only Brian's vocals - was released on a Tammy tribute CD, while the original
  version is available on one version of the Nashville Sounds DVD. The studio isn't
  confirmed but given the previous day's session, it seems highly likely.

   As with all the Stars And Stripes sessions, this show was filmed for inclusion in the
  Nashville Sounds DVD.

   The band appeared with Sawyer Brown on this televised show.
